Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Pathology Services – North Texas Division is seeking a Board-Certified AP/CP Pathologist. This role is based at Medical City Plano, a leading tertiary-care hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

 

Position Highlights:

  • Manage a diverse general surgical pathology caseload, with emphasis on women’s health and surgical oncologic pathology
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, collegial team of pathologists, clinicians, and laboratory staff
  • Opportunity to shape quality programs, workflow, and clinical integration
Pathology Volumes/Cases
  • The practice consists of 4 full-time pathologists and adding 5th for PTO/case volumes
  • Case volumes: 13k annual at Plano (2700 at Frisco) - the two sites are combined with 1 pathologist weekly rotating at Frisco 

Qualifications:

  • AP/CP Board Certification required
  • Strong general surgical pathology skills with expertise in women’s health and oncologic pathology
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Must have, or be eligible for, a Texas medical license
