Position: Emergency Medicine Physician (Permanent Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions.
• Triage patients efficiently, prioritize care, and manage patient flow during night shifts (hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, technicians, and other healthcare providers, to deliver seamless patient care.
• Make rapid, accurate clinical decisions and document patient encounters thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and licensing regulations.
• Demonstrate supervision and leadership where required, mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Current valid medical license to practice medicine in California; candidates willing to obtain CA licensure are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience in emergency medicine, ideally in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle a diverse range of acute cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
