Clinical Scope:
- Full-spectrum general pediatric care including:
- Wellness visits
- Acute care
- Telehealth
- Mental health support

Compensation & Incentives:
- Total Rewards value range: $287,191–$348,000 (based on assigned FTE)
- Annual salary: $220,600 - $250,700 (based on assigned FTE, experience, qualifications, and market data)
- Relocation allowance: Up to $15,000
- Hiring bonus available for select locations
- Student Loan Assistance Program: $125,000 paid over 5 years (minimum 0.9 FTE required)
