Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Urology
• Proven expertise in diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures related to urological conditions
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive and robotic urological surgeries
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Previous experience in a hospital or multi-specialty practice setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology
• Active and unrestricted Urology board certification

Other Requirements:

• Availability to cover shift days and hospital call duties as needed
• Willingness to participate in after-hours clinic and hospital calls
• Willingness to travel for coverage assignments when applicable
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00 with a comprehensive package that includes weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits, paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses.
