Required Skills:

• Valid and active radiation oncology certification or license
• Proficiency with linear accelerators, specifically Varian TrueBeam systems
• Strong understanding of radiation treatment planning and delivery
• Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in an inpatient or outpatient oncology setting
• Knowledge of emerging radiation therapy techniques and technologies
• Experience with dosimetry and physics principles
• Certifications in advanced radiation therapy methods or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Medical Physics, Radiation Therapy, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a radiation oncology setting
• Proven ability to operate advanced radiation treatment equipment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in rotational on-call duties
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional extended shifts
• Valid state licensure and applicable certifications
• Must comply with all applicable safety standards and institutional protocols
