Required Skills:

• Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
• Active Texas Medical License and Valid DEA registration
• Proven experience in full-scope outpatient obstetrics and gynecology
• Proficiency in gynecological surgeries, including Cesarean sections, DNC, and management of ectopic pregnancies
• Ability to perform surgical first assist duties, particularly within a team including Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Capable of managing high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with integrated tech platforms for patient engagement
• Previous experience in a hospital-based setting with on-call responsibilities
• Knowledge of current obstetric and gynecological best practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of OB-GYN residency program
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency practice experience within obstetrics and gynecology

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in a 1:4 call rotation, including night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
• Ability to handle emergency procedures across various clinical scenarios
• Coverage includes full travel reimbursement, including airfare, lodging, and car rental as applicable

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $214.89, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and generous paid time off. You will work in a friendly, collaborative environment that prioritizes provider well-being, with more days off than a typical practice and manageable call schedules supported by a comprehensive care team—including LCSWs, lactation consultants, and other specialists.
