As part of our team, you'll contribute to high-quality pediatric care in a dynamic environment that values expertise and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient pediatric cases, with an average of 3-12 admissions per shift.
• Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients, including rounding and follow-up.
• Collaborate with supportive nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient encounters accurately in Meditech EMR.

Required Skills:

• Board Certified in Pediatrics or Board Eligible with certification in progress.
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric inpatient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, 24-hour call environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Meditech EMR.
• Prior experience in inpatient pediatrics.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric inpatient experience preferred.
• Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.

Other Requirements:

• 24-hour call schedule, with availability starting at 6:30 am.
• Temp privileges granted for the duration of assignment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on hospital needs.
• Must maintain all required certifications and licenses.
