We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Anesthesiologist to provide exceptional anesthesia services in a dynamic healthcare environment. Required Skills:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with active medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Proven expertise in perioperative anesthesia care
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and pain management
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Competency with electronic health records (preferably Epic)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center environment
- Proficiency with Epic or other anesthesia management software
- Experience in orthopedics, cardiothoracic, or pediatric anesthesia
- Bilingual capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice preferred
- Licensure in state of service
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to undergo Epic training two weeks prior to the first shift
- Upload personal data sheet into Locumsmart to initiate credentialing upon selection
- Flexibility to work 5-7 day blocks, including alternating 24-hour shifts, call days, or surgery center assignments
- Availability for full-time or PRN work, with consideration for future scheduled dates in June, July, and November 2026
- Travel and other reimbursements provided as applicable
- Must hold current MS license and drive-in capability if applicable
