Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Specialist

Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology.
- Proven experience managing hematology and oncology patients.
- Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to handle a high-volume clinical setting efficiently.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with infusion therapy and outpatient clinic management.
- Knowledge of radiation oncology, surgery, IR, and lab operations onsite.
- Familiarity with working with Nurse Practitioners and Hospitalists.
- Previous experience in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting.
- Additional certifications in pain management or palliative care.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in hematology and oncology.
- Prior experience in a similar outpatient or hospital-based role is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to see 15-20 clinic patients daily and manage approximately 45 infusion patients per week.
- Flexibility to participate in limited telephone consultation calls.
- Availability to start from 13/01/2026.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
- Travel or licensure reimbursement when applicable.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
