Our diverse team, based in Fort Wayne, serves as the central hub for neurological subspecialties, supporting a spoke model of care across the region. This team includes Physicians in Outpatient Neurology, Neurohospitalist, Neurocritical Care, Neuro-intervention, Neurosurgery and Physiatry, along with Advanced Practice Providers who specialize in advanced neurological management.
