Adult Reconstruction Only | Low Call (2 Days/Month) | Rochester, NY

Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-performing orthopedic team in Rochester, NY. This opportunity is ideal for surgeons who want to focus exclusively on adult reconstruction of hip and knee joints, including primary and revision procedures, while practicing in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

You will perform complex joint replacements, mentor residents and advanced practice providers, and contribute to the growth of our regional adult reconstruction program. Our system provides the resources of a fully integrated health network, including the latest robotic and surgical technologies, a strong referral base, and a supportive physician-led culture.

Position Highlights

  • Adult reconstruction focus (primary and revision hip/knee joint cases)
  • Low call schedule: 2 days/month
  • Collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, rehab specialists, physical therapists, and APPs
  • Opportunity to develop clinical programs and contribute to research and quality initiatives
