Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training or experience in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid medical license in at least one state (MD or DE), with the ability to obtain and be credentialed in both states
- Proven clinical proficiency in outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working across multiple states or in a split-location setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Bilingual abilities or additional languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Prior experience in outpatient care settings
Other Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain licensure and board certification in both Maryland and Delaware
- Ability to travel between TidalHealth locations in Salisbury, MD, and Seaford, DE, approximately 30 minutes apart
- No on-call or weekend duties required
- Willingness to commit to full-time employment preferred
