UF College of Medicine - Jacksonville is seeking to hire two General Surgeons to join UF Health at Durbin Park in St. Johns, Florida. We are seeking candidates with broad clinical experience in general surgery. The candidates must be MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery with experience in all aspects of evaluation and treatment including minimally invasive approaches of robotic and laparoscopic surgery. UF Health Durbin Park is a 42.5-acre health and wellness campus that will advance health care services as part of UF’s regional expansion plan for Jacksonville and St. Johns County. Located in northeast St. Johns County, UF Health Durbin Park will include a full-service 99-bed hospital with a focus on acute, intensive, and emergency care, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, cardiovascular medicine, and women’s services, as well as a multidisciplinary medical office building. Future potential site development includes ability to expand hospital beds as well as an ambulatory surgical center, outpatient imaging, and additional medical office building.
