As an Internal Medicine - Neurohospitalist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality neurology services, including telestroke consultations, in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Required Skills:

• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology or Neurohospitalist specialty
• Proven experience in stroke management and neurohospitalist services
• Strong knowledge of telestroke systems and neurodiagnostic procedures
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with comprehensive stroke centers accredited by DNV or equivalent
• Proficiency in EEG and continuous EEG interpretation
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and remote consultation tools
• Prior experience in a hospital-based neurology setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of neurology residency and fellowship training in stroke or neurohospitalist care
• At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in neurology, particularly in stroke or neurohospitalist roles

Other Requirements:

• Valid medical license and board certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Willingness to participate in telemedicine call coverage, with responsibilities including telestroke calls, neurology consults, and general neurology coverage
• Travel and licensing reimbursements will be provided where applicable
