Locum - Physician - Urology Pittsfield, MA

Are you a dedicated Urology specialist seeking a flexible, rewarding assignment? We are currently recruiting a qualified Locum-Urologist to provide inpatient care within a busy hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient urology services, including general urology and surgeries
• Collaborate seamlessly with a team of five urologists
• Cover varied shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexible hours
• Work within a hospital-based, inpatient environment, with 100% inpatient responsibilities
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation
• Engage in procedure areas as required, ensuring comprehensive urology care

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in Massachusetts
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Proven experience in inpatient urology care and surgeries
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working within hospital systems using Meditech EMR
• Additional certifications in urological procedures
• Familiarity with inpatient surgical care workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of post-residency urology practice experience
• Prior locum or hospital-based work preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Coverage dates from February 2, 2026, through March 31, 2026
• Ability to travel, with reimbursements available for flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS rates
• Willingness to work varied shifts, with no on-call duties
