Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and credentials to practice in North Dakota
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques, including adductor, interscalene, popliteal, supraclavicular blocks
• Experience managing labor and delivery anesthesia, cardiac cases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior locum or temporary anesthesia coverage experience
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures in rural or semi-urban settings
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in anesthesiology
• Hands-on experience with regional blocks and perioperative management

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on 14/01/2026
• Ability to commit to one week (7 days) per month coverage starting April 2026
• Willingness to work 16-hour weekday shifts and 24-hour weekend shifts
• Successful credentialing within 90 days; prompt application review within 5 days
• Travel and lodging arrangements as per company policy; travel reimbursements available
• Compliance with all state and federal regulations, including E-Verify and background checks
