Opportunity Overview

Baptist Primary Care Beaches Family Practice is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-centered practice located just steps from the white sands and coastal breeze of Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

As part of Baptist Primary Care, you will practice within a strong, integrated health system that provides exceptional clinical support, advanced infrastructure, and a collaborative environment—allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care while building a thriving outpatient practice.

What You Can Expect

• Guaranteed compensation starting at $260,000+, based on experience

• $20,000 signing bonus

• Retention bonus in Year 2

• Shared call schedule

• Average patient volume of 18–20 patients per day

• Epic electronic health record

• Established referral network with extensive specialty support

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active, unrestricted medical license

• DEA license required

• BLS certification preferred

• Five or more years of family medicine experience preferred
