Deaconess Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic with 500+ providers in 50+ locations across the region. Part of a dynamic successful Health System. We are a regional referral center for 950,000 people. Quality and patient centric care are the focus of our efforts. The importance of physicians and working together with them is how we are able to excel in this. Has progressed well with Population Health Management and aligned with multiple hospitals in the region for continued long-term success. We are continuing to grow rapidly and are looking for physicians in multiple specialties if spouse or friend is also in medicine.
Fully implemented EMR (Epic), integrated for inpatient and outpatient, including EPIC video visits for telemedicine.
The South Green River Rd. office is a primary care practice located in Evansville, IN. The practice is a well-rounded primary care practice consisting of three Family Medicine Physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider.
Evansville, IN is a great place to raise a family. Great community and welcoming/warm people. Great area for hunting, fishing and watersports. Located within the east side of the city, the clinic is in close proximity to many options for shopping, dining and entertainment. Louisville, Nashville and St. Louis all within a 2 ½-hour drive or less. Indianapolis is within three hours.
Competitive base annual salary $260,000 (minimum salary guarantee for initial 12 months). Long-term income very competitive and based on combination of productivity, quality bonus and stipend payments for the non-wRVU tasks associated with care of complex patients and Population Health Management.
Sign-on bonus included ($50K for a 5-year contract); and if eligible, student loan repayment and moving expenses.
Health/Dental Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401k & 457b plan (Deaconess contributes to 401k post tax contributions and Roth option available). CME (5 uncompensated days per CY + $3,500), Moving Allowance and much more. Five weeks of vacation, one week of CME + Professional Allowance of $3,500 & six Holidays.
Minimal call duties which can be handled remotely and are dispersed among call group for outpatient care. Utilize RN on call to triage patient calls during non-business hours. There may be additional call duties for those physicians who have inpatient responsibilities.
Professional Development
Deaconess Clinic Physicians can participate in various Physician led committees. Multiple opportunities for Physician engagement and weekly Grand Rounds are also offered.
Research
Deaconess Clinic Clinical Research Center provides opportunities for free care and labs for your patients and cutting edge medicine, as well as an opportunity for physician income enhancement.
Teaching
Physicians have opportunities to teach residents and/or medical students, including with the Indiana University School of Medicine-Evansville.
