Job Highlights
- 100% Remote Evening Shift:
- Full-Time: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET
- Part-Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET
- Flexible Schedule: Optional 7 days on / 7 days off
- No overnight responsibilities
- Broad Case Mix: STAT/ER, inpatient, and outpatient studies

Practice Overview
Empire State is seeking a Remote Afternoon/Evening General Radiologist to support Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center, a 365-bed community hospital serving northern New Jersey.
This role offers a strong balance of clinical variety, schedule flexibility, and long-term career growth in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

- Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T MRI
- Brand-new IR suite with Siemens Artis Zee & cone-beam CT
- AI-supported workflow tools:
- aiDoc, recoMD, CORE workflow support, Mosaic OS
- Efficient reading environment designed to support productivity and reduce burnout
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $500,000 – $525,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Annual discretionary bonus eligibility

Qualifications
- MD or DO, Diagnostic Radiology residency trained
- Board-eligible or board-certified (ABR or AOBR)
- New Jersey license or ability to obtain
