• Tuesday - Wednesday 7am - 7am 24-hour shifts
• 4 - 10 patients per shift
• 1 - 8 phone consults per 24 hours
• 1 - 8 admissions per 24 hours
• Rounding on assigned patients
• Ongoing assignment length
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
