Locum - Physician - Neurology Cincinnati, OH

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid medical license with Board Certification in Neurology.
• Proven experience in inpatient neurology care, managing adult neurological conditions.
• Proficiency in interpreting radiologic exams, EEGs, EMGs, and performing brain death assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including neurologists and advanced practice providers.
• Strong documentation skills, familiarity with Epic EMR preferred.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in thrombolytic therapy management.
• Prior work in hospital-based neurology or acute care environments.
• Additional certifications in neurodiagnostic procedures or critical care.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active medical license in Ohio or ability to obtain one promptly.
• At least 2 years of post-residency experience in neurology, preferably in hospital settings.

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing process completion as soon as possible.
• Willingness to work a 24-hour shift schedule – specific shift times TBA.
• Travel and lodging arrangements, with lodging reimbursed at ~$150/night, and other travel expenses covered when applicable.
