Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Neurosurgery
• Proven experience in performing complex neurosurgical procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication skills for patient and team interactions
• Knowledge of current neurosurgical techniques and equipment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive neurosurgery techniques
• Familiarity with advanced imaging and navigation systems
• Participation in research or clinical trials related to neurosurgery
• Multilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 5 years of post-residency experience in neurological surgery
• Fellowship training in specialized neurosurgical areas (e.g., spine, tumor, cerebrovascular)

• Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development
