• April 2026 – ongoing
• Outpatient & Hospital Call
  • Outpatient Monday – Friday (7:30 am – 4:45 pm)
  • Night Call Every Other Week
  • Weekend Hospital Call
• Patient Volume: 15-18 PPD

Qualifications

• Board Certified in BOTH Medical Oncology and Hematology unless the provider has completed a combined Hem/Onc fellowship
• Current Kentucky medical license preferred.
  • Current IMLC will be considered
• EPIC Experience
• BLS or ACLS Required
• Case Log Requirement: Demonstrated current competence and evidence of inpatient or consultative services for twenty-four (24) hematology/oncology patients, reflective of the scope of privileges requested, during the past 12 months or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA residency or clinical fellowship within the past 12 months
