Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity:

Full-time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are seeking a Geriatrician or IM/FM trained Physician to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in Napa, CA. This position is essential to cover our Skilled Nursing Facility patients in Napa which spans four facilities for both skilled and custodial patients, as well as home-based Palliative Care patients. Geriatrics and/or Hospital Medicine experience preferred. Travel to/from Skilled Nursing Facilities in Napa and Napa Medical Office. We are looking for a Physician with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena. 

Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
