Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in emergency medicine, with the ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in radiology (CT and X-ray), laboratory procedures, and trauma management.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in hospital or ER settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Additional certifications in advanced trauma life support (ATLS) or advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS).

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• At least two years of post-residency ER experience.

Other Requirements:

• Valid medical license to practice in Michigan.
• Current immunizations including Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, COVID vaccination, TB testing within 12 months, and Tdap within the last 10 years.
• Ability to work varied 12-hour shifts (8AM-8PM or 8PM-8AM).
• Willingness to participate in orientation and training.
• Compliance with all OSHA and hospital-specific safety protocols.
