We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our team as a partner, playing a key role in shaping the future, growth, and direction of our organization.

Practice Details:
- Opportunity to join and collaborate with a Family Medicine Physician Partner, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff
- Value-based, longitudinal care practice with Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs
- Care Management and Hospital at Home resources available, extending care outside of the clinic
- Choose outpatient only practice or a traditional model of clinic with rounding, utilizing hospitalists
- Flexibility to focus on clinical areas of interest (e.g., ADHD, mental health, women’s health, LGBTQ+ care, and more)
- Opportunity to incorporate sub-specialty care and mentor medical students and residents if desired
- Clinic hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30a to 4:30p
- Friday 8:30a to 3:00p
- Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
- Call: outpatient phone call only
- 1:3 weekends, call is triaged first
- See 16-20 patients per day on average
- NextGen EMR
- AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available
- In office procedures are not required but encouraged: physicians determine based on their interests; precepting is available if interest to learn
What We Offer:
- 3-Year guaranteed salary
- Your success is in your hands
- No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K on average
- Shareholder Track
- 4 weeks paid time off, with even more flexibility as a shareholder
- 9 paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME
- Profit sharing: % based on years in practice (not solely with Esse Health)
- 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years
- Sign-on, relocation, CME allowance, and may also be eligible for retention bonus
- 401k with match

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
- Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
