SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a stable, collaborative outpatient practice with strong infrastructure, an established patient panel, and exceptional work-life balance. This opportunity replaces a departing provider and offers immediate patient volume, long-term stability, and competitive compensation support.

Practice Highlights:

• Stable practice experiencing continued growth
• Collaborative physician environment with experienced providers
• Two exam rooms per provider
• Onsite equipment, including diabetic eye exams, vBHI, imaging, lab services, and point-of-care testing

Schedule & Call:

• Flexible clinic scheduling models (20/40 or 15/30)
• Weekday call only; weekend call rotation 1:8
• After-hours triage handles most calls
• Zero hours in the hospital while on weekend call

Candidate Qualifications:

• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
