Post-Acute & Rehabilitation Care Physician Needed in VA (2 weeks on/2 weeks off)

Augusta Health is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our Post-Acute & Rehabilitation Services team. This role provides clinical oversight for an 8-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)and a 13-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) within a community hospital setting. The position offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule (26 weeks per year).

• Inpatient Rehab (8 beds) + SNF (13 beds)

• Post-acute/SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Minimal weekend rounding; consultative night call
