Position Highlights:
The Menopause Program Director will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive women's health initiative focused on perimenopause and menopause care across Kelsey-Seybold's multispecialty system. This physician leader will partner with primary care, OB/GYN, and menopause-certified providers to ensure care is evidence-based, value-driven, and patient-centered, while setting a new standard for midlife women's health services within an integrated medical group.
The Menopause Program Director will also serve as a key connector across clinical and administrative teams, working closely with operations, medical leadership, business services, and marketing to design and scale this program across the system. This role will help establish Kelsey-Seybold's first comprehensive women's health program within a multispecialty clinic, leveraging more than 60 specialties in partnership with primary care to deliver coordinated, high-value care.

Required Qualifications:
MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Certified Menopause Practitioner (e.g., NAMS) or eligibility strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in menopause and midlife women's health.
Proven experience leading clinical programs, educational initiatives, or multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commitment to evidence-based, value-based, and patient-centered care.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 to $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
