  • Clinical Integration: Collaborate closely with the OBGYN department and menopause-certified providers to standardize protocols, enhance access to care, and create multidisciplinary care pathways.
  • Value-Based Care: Implement measurement-based care approaches that track outcomes, improve patient satisfaction, and align with Kelsey-Seybold's value-based care principles.
  • Concierge Program Development: Partner with the Concierge Health team to design and launch a boutique, concierge women's health practice focused on midlife wellness and preventive care.
  • Innovation & Research: Identify opportunities for innovation in women's health, including digital health integration, patient engagement tools, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a clinical and educational resource for providers and staff while advocating for women's health priorities within the organization.
  • Partner with marketing and communications to build a recognizable brand identity for the menopause and women's midlife health program, positioning Kelsey-Seybold as a regional and national leader in comprehensive, value-based women's health.
  • Design and launch a comprehensive perimenopause and menopause program that integrates education, clinical services, and patient outreach across primary care and specialty departments.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for program growth, including clinical protocols, referral pathways, and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with clinic operations, medical leadership, the business office, and marketing to develop, operationalize, and promote a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive menopause and women's health program within a large multispecialty practice.
  • Champion the integration of over 60 specialties with primary care to create seamless referral pathways, shared care plans, and a unified patient experience for women in perimenopause and menopause.
