Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Specialist

Are you a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic multidisciplinary community cancer center? We are looking for an experienced Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology physician to provide expert care across our comprehensive services, including radiation therapy, lymphedema management, pharmacy, laboratory, medical oncology, and infusion therapies. This vital role supports continuity of care in a fast-paced setting, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, and infusion services available seven days a week. Required Skills:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
  • Valid medical license in the state of practice
  • Proven experience in oncology and hematology, preferably within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong clinical judgment and exceptional patient communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various specialties and departments

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with radiation therapy coordination
  • Knowledge of lymphedema management protocols
  • Familiarity with ambulatory infusion center operations
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Advanced certifications in oncology or hematology

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience in hematology and oncology practice
  • Prior experience in a community or outpatient oncology setting preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Full availability to work during clinic hours and infusion service days
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations if required
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care
  • Eligible for reimbursement of licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses
