GastroDoxs, an established physician-led gastroenterology practice serving the rapidly growing Greater Houston area, is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its team.

This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking beyond a traditional employed role. GastroDoxs offers $500K+ starting compensation with production upside, a pathway to partnership, potential ASC ownership, and additional ancillary revenue opportunities—all backed by an established referral base and experienced clinical support.

• Collaborative team of 3 Gastroenterologists and 6 experienced APPs
• APP support for first call and inpatient rounding
• General GI need with Hepatology and Interventional GI interests welcomed
• H-1B support considered case-by-case

PRACTICE & SCHEDULE

Physicians enjoy a mix of outpatient clinic, procedures, and limited inpatient responsibilities, with affiliations at Memorial Hermann Cypress and Katy. The practice also provides access to an ASC, in-office pathology, and subspecialty collaboration.

• Monday–Friday clinic schedule
• Shared 1:4 call
• APPs take first call and assist with inpatient rounding
• Minimal office call burden
• Full-time preferred; part-time considered

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $500K+ starting compensation with production upside
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• CME allowance and paid CME time

• UpToDate subscription
• Potential loan support or stipend options

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Fellowship trained
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Interest in private practice growth, partnership, and long-term ownership
