Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and applicable certifications in radiation oncology
• Proven experience in delivering radiation therapy treatments
• Strong knowledge of current procedures, safety standards, and radiation equipment
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Board certification in Radiation Oncology
• Experience with advanced radiation therapy technologies (e.g., IMRT, IGRT)
• Prior experience working in a hospital or large healthcare facility
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Radiation Oncology
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology
• Successful completion of relevant residency or fellowship programs

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel as needed for patient care or professional development
• Commitment to maintaining current licensure and certifications
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training
