Physician Opportunity

Mercyhealth is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Beloit Clinic as part of an expanding primary care team. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity designed for physicians who want autonomy, strong support, and the ability to shape their own practice.

• Established, busy clinic with strong demand and room to grow
• Attached to Emergency Department & Urgent Care for seamless coordination of care
• On-site diagnostics and services, including:
• Lab, X-ray, CT, Ultrasound
• EKG, liquid nitrogen, allergy equipment
• Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy nearby
• Behavioral Health services located just down the road
• Mercy retail pharmacy currently being built
• Robust referral network with rotational access to OB, Cardiology, Allergy, and Dermatology
• Flexible scheduling:
• 4.0–4.5 days per week
• Monday–Friday clinic hours (6:30am–5:00pm)
• Open to earlier shifts and flexible start/end times
• .8 FTE options available
• No weekends or holidays
• Call structure:
• Participation in Family Medicine call group preferred
• 24/7 call only if not in call group
• Patient mix:
• Family Medicine: birth through adulthood
• Internal Medicine: 18+
• Mostly adult primary care with optional focus areas (Derm, Women’s Health, procedures—based on your interests)
• Clinic layout:
• 2.5 exam rooms per physician
• Dedicated overflow room and procedure room
• Team-based environment:
• Collaborative group of physicians and APPs
• Strong nursing and clinical support
• EPIC EMR

Salary Range: $285K–$350K

Qualifications

• MD or DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
• Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine program
• Comfortable providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• New graduates welcome
