A well-established women’s health group along the South Jersey Shore is seeking a full-scope OBGYN to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants a balanced mix of OB, GYN, surgery, support, and coastal lifestyle in one of the most desirable regions of New Jersey.

Practice Highlights

• Full-Scope Clinical Platform: Practice the full breadth of OBGYN -- office, OR, and obstetrics -- within an established women's health group with a strong clinical and community presence on the South Jersey Shore.
• A Week That Makes Sense: Three clinic days, one dedicated OR day, and one home call day -- a clean, predictable structure with no creeping schedule surprises.
• Home Call, Not Hospital Call: Call is taken from home keeping your schedule structured and your obligation contained without pulling you away from your life on your off days.
• Optional In-house Call: Physicians may choose to spend their call day in-house as the on-call OB hospitalist, compensated per 24-hour shift.
• Protected Clinical Time: APP, NP, and RN support built into the model so physicians can focus on high-complexity care without absorbing every patient touchpoint.
• Strong In-Hospital Backup: Deliver at Shore Medical Center with 24/7 neonatology, pediatrics, and maternal-fetal medicine support on-site.
• Manageable, Well-Structured Volume: 20 to 25 patients per clinic day with a delivery volume that supports strong obstetric experience without overwhelming the schedule.
• Robotic Surgery Pathway: Mentorship available for physicians looking to build or advance minimally invasive robotic surgical skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $325,000 plus productivity bonus.
• Optional Additional Call Pay Income: Physicians may choose to spend their call day in-house as the on-call OB hospitalist, compensated at $2,000 per 24-hour shift.
• Competitive Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on amount is competitive and negotiable, with relocation assistance included.
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: $125,000 paid over 5 years.
• Profit Share Eligibility: Eligible to participate in practice profit share after year three, with no buy-in required.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability, malpractice coverage, and 401(k) with annual employer match.
• Generous Time Away: 4 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and 1 week CME time -- approximately 7 weeks of total scheduled time off per year.

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Licensure: Active state license or eligible to obtain
• Experience: In-practice physicians and residents may apply
