What We're Looking For

Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center will be opening in Summer 2026 and will be interviewing for compassionate and experienced Hospitalists to join us! This facility will be a one-stop health care destination for residents of northern New Hanover and eastern Pender counties. Join an established, growing team of physicians and APPs to provide care our patients in Wilmington, NC. The ideal provider would have experience with admissions, be flexible and able to work weekends and nights (11-hour shifts).

Opportunity Highlights:

• Inpatient Care
• OPEN ICU with 24/7 tele-intensivist support and onsite daily Pulmonary support
• Procedures required by hospitalists

Candidate Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Rounding/Admitting -round robin until 2pm when MD and APP arrives
• Day shift, 7on/7off schedule, rotation of 1-5 through midshift 2p-12am
