The position involves on-site work one day a week for 8 hours, with the specific day chosen by the candidate from Monday to Friday. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Psychiatry
• Proven experience in mental health assessment and treatment planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of current psychiatric practices and standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working within public health or community-based settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Previous experience delivering telepsychiatry services
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency in Psychiatry
• At least two years of post-residency clinical experience in psychiatry, preferably within similar settings

Other Requirements:

• Must possess or be eligible for appropriate licensure and certification in Pennsylvania
• Willingness to attend periodic training or meetings as required
• Travel reimbursements applicable if travel obligations arise
