Altru Health System, a leading nonprofit, physician-led regional health system based in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a full-time Dermatologist to join their growing dermatology team. Candidates with Mohs surgery training are preferred, though highly motivated general dermatologists are encouraged to apply. Candidate Qualifications

MD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology required.

Fellowship training or experience in Mohs micrographic surgery strongly preferred but not required.

Open to experienced dermatologists as well as 2026/2027 graduates.

H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates (2026/2027).

Must be willing to relocate to and reside in Grand Forks, ND as per system bylaws.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary with production incentives (wRVU model).
