• Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm schedule
• Phone call coverage shared among group
• 75% clinical, 25% administrative responsibilities
• Leadership role managing primary care providers
• On-site diagnostic services including digital X-ray and ultrasound
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine required
• Must have 2+ years experience leading primary care physicians
• Value-based care and managed care experience preferred
