• Monday to Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm, 36 hours patient care weekly
• 15 - 18 patients per shift
• Outpatient clinic
• Nurse practitioners round on existing patients
• EMR: Cerner
• Q4-Q5 call rotation, one full week at a time
• 70% oncology, 30% hematology patient mix
• 100% consultant role, no admissions
