IOP/PHP BC General Psychiatrist Position in Atlanta, GA

Position Title: Full-time Intensive Outpatient/Partial Day Program General Psychiatrist Position

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Overview:

• Employment Type: Full-time Staff General Psychiatrist for IOP/PHP
• Schedule / Hours: On-site, Monday-Friday (flexible start and end times)
• Call: Shared after-hour telephonic call
• Patient Volume: negotiable, will vary (ages 18 and older)
• Location: Atlanta, GA (Southwest Atlanta near airport)
• Practice Setting: Intensive Outpatient and Partial Day Programs (IOP/PHP)
• Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary with BH Techs, BH RN, Psychiatric NPs, Social Workers and Therapists
• EMR / Technology: Tier

Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial psychiatric evaluations
• Managing detox protocols and medication-assisted treatment
• Providing ongoing psychiatric care and psychotherapy
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in General Psychiatry with experience and comfort treating dual-diagnosis populations
• Active or eligible GA license
• Active DEA
