At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so Physicians can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. We’re adding a Hospitalist Physician to our team at Ascension St. John Owasso in Owasso, Oklahoma. 

Practice Highlights: 

• J1 visa sponsorship available  
• W2 or 1099 employment options  
• Daily Encounters: 16  
• 12 hours of Physician coverage with overnight tele-Physician support  
• 12 hours of APP coverage with dedicated APP nocturnist  
• Open ICU model with Tele-ICU support  
• Collaborative Integrated Acute Care model (EM, HM, CC alignment)  
• EMR: Cerner  

What your practice will look like: 
You’ll work in a smaller, well-supported hospitalist program with a manageable patient census and strong APP collaboration. The model supports efficient workflows and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care with access to tele-support for higher-acuity needs.
