• 7 am - 5 pm, 7 am - 1 pm, 5 am - 7 pm alternating weeks
• 6 - 7 OR cases per day, described as very busy
• First call with CRNA backup
• Bread & butter, ortho, blocks required
• Weekend call with 20 minute callback time
• Schedule adjustable to provider availability
