Position Overview:
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice located in Plainfield, Illinois. This is a full-time, employed position with a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Information:

• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours, 36 patient-facing hours/wk., 4 hours admin
• No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
• Average patient load: 18-25 patients per day
• Support staff: Experienced clinical and administrative team
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Salary: $275,000 - $300,000 + productivity incentives

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care screenings, acute illness management, chronic condition oversight (diabetes, hypertension, etc.), and health maintenance for newborns through geriatrics.
• Perform routine procedures such as joint injections, minor skin incisions, suturing, and women's health services.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including behavioral health, nutrition, and specialists for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality initiatives, population health efforts, and potential value-based care programs.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible for Illinois medical licensure.
• Compassionate approach with strong communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-first care.

Pay Transparency:

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $275,000-$300,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
