Job Summary:

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the team at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Qualified Candidates/Additional Details:

• Must be Board certified or board eligible critical care
• Active Florida License or ability to obtain
• Ability to work Full Time-15 shifts per month- 12-hour shifts, mix of days and nights
• Open to Full Time Nocturnist if interested in all nights
• 31 ICU Beds, MSICU and CVICU
• 1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 MD in house at night (adding Swing Shift APP)
• Ability to start in Summer 2026
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred, not required
