Provide full-spectrum outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients
Supervise, mentor, and educate medical students and residents in the ambulatory setting
Serve as a clinical educator within a new Internal Medicine residency program
Participate in curriculum development, learner evaluation, and resident continuity clinic
Serve as a clinical role model emphasizing evidence-based, patient-centered care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nursing, care coordination, and specialty services
Contribute to quality improvement, scholarly, and educational initiatives within Sentara.
