• Mercyhealth-Javon Bea Hospital (Rockford, IL): Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level I Adult Trauma, Level III NICU, hybrid operating suites with real-time radiographic capabilities.

• Join an excellent Endocrinology Team of Endocrinologist, Advance Practice Providers, and support staff including Nursing, Diabetes Educators and Dieticians.

• Flexible schedule depending on location.
Compensation & Benefits Package
• Base Salary: $290,000 to 370,000, with potential to exceed based on performance
• Generous Incentives:
o Negotiable sign-on bonus
o Relocation assistance up to $10,000
o Loan repayment options
o Loan forgiveness through Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for those serving in an underserved area
• CME Benefits: $3,000 CME allowance, paid time off for CME and vacation
