  • Focused Practice: Care exclusively for breast oncology patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.
  • Team-Based Support: Work alongside nurse navigators, social workers, dieticians, and chemo-certified infusion nurses.
  • Work/Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week and participate in the Breast Tumor Board every Wednesday morning.
  • Manageable Call: Inpatient call just 7 weeks per year.
  • Research Opportunities: Engage in clinical trials and research initiatives as a member of the New Mexico Cancer Care Alliance.
  • Accredited Excellence: Our program is accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).
