Compensation & Benefits

Financial Package:

• Base Salary: $240,000–$250,000
• Total Earning Potential: Up to ~$320,000 with RVU and Quality Bonuses available
• $75,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

Degree:

• MD or DO

Certifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Licensure:

• Eligible for Hawaii medical licensure

Skillset:

• Broad-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine
• Comfort managing a diverse patient panel
• Interest in quality-driven, value-based care

Experience:

• Open to experienced physicians and residents/fellows
