Key Responsibilities:

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a hospital environment, including managing 1-3 deliveries per shift
• Respond to emergent call situations, averaging 4-8 callback hours per shift
• Collaborate closely with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain professional standards

Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of 1 year experience in OB/GYN practice
• Valid Arizona medical license or eligibility under IMLC
• DEA certification
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Excellent patient communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Ability to manage high-acuity obstetric cases
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Residency or fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability for night shifts on a 3x24-hour schedule from 7 PM to 7 PM
• Licensure in Arizona or eligibility through IMLC
• Willingness to be on call as per schedule
• Compliance with all hospital policies and governing laws

• Hourly pay rate of $2,145.20
