Job Description:
Provides strategic leadership for Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) and Utilization Management (UM) initiatives across the organization. Partners with senior leadership and external stakeholders to set strategic direction and designs provider education programs that enhance documentation quality and utilization practices. Designs performance reporting frameworks, leads dissemination strategies, and chairs key performance committees.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $260,000 to $416,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
